Karishma is an architect by qualification and a sustainability-driven entrepreneur by purpose. She leads with compassion and a deep commitment to conscious living. Passionate about reviving traditional knowledge systems, she works closely with farmers and rural communities to create meaningful livelihoods while building natural, water-friendly alternatives for everyday living. Through mindful storytelling and a deep respect for nature, she is nurturing MaPani into a thoughtful movement rooted in simplicity, sustainability, and the restoration of water ecosystems.

Taruna Chaudhary
Taruna, a computer engineer by qualification & a conscious living advocate by heart, brings together precision, care, and purpose in leading production at MaPani. Her connection with natural living deepened after becoming a mother, inspiring her to seek safer and more mindful alternatives for everyday life. Working closely with local communities, traditional processes & natural ingredients, she supervises the creation of Mapani products that reflect simplicity, purity, and care for both people and the planet.

Gaurav Shorey
Gaurav is a domain expert in green buildings, energy efficiency, traditional knowledge, sustainability, and sustainable lifestyles. As a trainer, he has designed and conducted training for business and non-business organisations over the past 20+ years. He lends himself as a visiting Faculty at School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and is an ECBC Master Trainer (Government of India). A voracious reader and eloquent speaker, he is a TedX speaker and founder director at 5waraj – Reviving Faith and PSI Energy Pvt. Ltd.

Aparna Pathak
Aparna, an architect by training and a passionate conservationist by purpose, is deeply committed to reviving traditional knowledge and promoting conscious living. As a researcher, trainer, and facilitator, she believes in restoring reverence for water and protecting Earth’s ecosystems from chemical degradation. With over ten years of experience in entrepreneurship, community learning & sustainable practices, she inspires people to embrace low-impact lifestyles rooted in mindfulness, simplicity, and harmony with nature.

An engineer by education, an environmentalist by conviction, and a storyteller at heart, Gautam brings a systems-oriented perspective shaped by experiences across environmental solutions and sustainability-driven initiatives. His studies at TERI provided a strong foundation in renewable energy and sustainability, reinforcing his belief that meaningful change happens when ideas, people, and purpose come together.At MaPani, he contributes to product development, partnerships, and storytelling, helping transform environmental values into practical solutions for a more water-conscious future.
